A.C. Wright Jr., 94, of Jacksonville, passed away on Wednesday afternoon, April 2, 2025. A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Tueday, April 8, 2025, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Jacksonville, to begin at 11:00am. A vistiation will begin at 10:00am, at the Funeral Home, prior the the service. Pastor Jeff will officiate the service. Interment will be at McDonald Cemetery in New Summerfield.

A.C. was born in Jacksonville, Texas, July 14, 1930, to parents A.C. and Elva Wright. Mr. Wright worked as a Railroad conductor for Southern Pacific Railroad. He is a proud veteran of the United States Army. 

A.C. is preceded by his Wife, Elsie Lynette Wright, Father, A.C. Wright, Sr., Mother, Elva Mae Wright, Son, Henry Neil Wright, Son, Dennis Keith Wright, Grandson, David Wright, Jr., Granddaughter, Heather Wright, and Grandson, Don Wright.

He is survived by his Son, David Kent Wright, Son, Ernest Dean Wright, Granddaughter, Amy Jett, Grandson, Jason Wright,, Granddaughter, Rebecca Wright, Grandson, Clinton Wright, Grandson, Travis Wright, Grandson, Cody Wright, Granddaughter, Morgan Wright, Grandson, Austin Wright, Grandson, Jarred Wright, Grandson, Jeremiah Wright, and 11 Great-Grandchildren.
