Alexis Rena Whitaker, 29, of Bullard, passed through Heavens Gates on May 5th 2023. Funeral Services are scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 11th, at Lighthouse Church Bullard, to begin at 11:00am. A visition will be held on Wednesday evening, May 10th, at Boren-Conner Funeral, in Bullard, from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. 

Alexis was born on February 15, 1994 to Marcus and Cheryl Whitaker at Sulphur Springs, TX. Alexis worked as a Pediatricians Assistant.

Alexis is survived by her Father, Marcus Daniel Whitaker, Mother, Cheryl Lee Whitaker, Second Mother, Alicia Diane Whitaker, Brother, Kody Whitaker (Kari), Brother, Kiefer Whitaker (Courtney), Sister, Skylar Whitaker (Rudy Rogers), Sister, Tanya Diez (Emerson), Daughter, Makenna Querry, Daughter, Makenlie Querry, Grandmother, Benji Loftin, grandparents, Melvin Whitaker (Ellen), great grandmother, Martha Patterson, grandparents, Arthur Lewis Barrett (Vicki), several aunts and uncles and host of nieces and nephews.

Alexis is preceded in death by Grandmother, Shirley Jones, Grandfather, Jackie Smith, Cousin, Cody Record, Cousin, Coby Whitaker, Cousin, Jason Payne, Cousin, Aaron Lawler, Uncle, Shawn Whitaker, Aunt, Laurie Record

The pallbearers are Kody Whitaker, Kiefer Whitaker, Rudy Rodgers, Emerson Diez, Josh Payne, Justin Payne, Tommy Mathews, Derek McNertney.

Interment will be at Bullard Cemetery.
