Bobby Lean Strong

Bobby Lean Strong was born October 9th, 1954 in Crockett, Texas. As a child he grew up in the Crockett - Elkart area, but lived most of his life in Jacksonville, Texas. The last 5 to 6 yrs he went through one after another life saving procedure. We were so excited about how God & modern medicine had allow us several extra years to be with him. Then God called him home to a place of no disease or pain. Where he can be with loved ones that had gone before him. His walk here on earth ended March16th, 2023 at East Texas Hospice in Tyler, Texas.

He was a beloved companion, father, grandfather, & friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His favorite thing was spending time with his family. He enjoyed fishing & just hanging out with his grandkids. Bobby loved to grill for family meals & took pride improving on or trying a new recipe.

Bobby Strong was preceded in death by his mother Mary Martha Strong Munsinger & father Willie Strong. Six brothers Willie Strong, Leroy Strong, Ralph Strong, Bennie Ray Munsinger, Jamie Munsinger, & Wilburn Munsinger, one sister Edith Henderson, & grandson Jose Luis Aguilar
