Carroll Loy Marsh, 80, of Whitehouse, passed away Sunday morning, August 23, 2026. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday morning, August 28, 2026, at Resthaven Cemetery in jacksonville, Texas, to begin at 10:00am. Military Honors will be presented at the service. Pastor TJ Harkness will officate the service.

Carroll was born in Snyder, Texas, on April 20, 1946, to parents Loy and Maybelle Marsh. Carroll was a proud Veteran of the United States Army - serving his country during the Vietnam War. Carroll married the love of his life, Charla - and together they created a beautiful home, life, and family. Following his military service - Carroll worked as a Mailman for the United States Postal Service. Carroll knew everbody on his mail route - and they looked forward to seeing him daily. Carroll was a hard worker and loved his family dearly - he will be missed by all.

Carroll is preceded by his Father, Loy Green Marsh, Mother, Maybelle Marsh, Brother, Donald Marsh, Sister, Verlene Arrendale, Sister, Linda Sturdvant, Sister, Brenda Gillespie, and Sister, Vicki Welch.

Carroll is survived by his Wife, Charla Ann Marsh, Daughter, Stephanie Jones, Daughter, Patricia Dunn (Sean), Granddaughter, Chelsea Jones, Granddaughter, Erin Dunn, Granddaughter, Fiona Dunn, and numerous special friends and extended family members.
