Charolette Elaine Calhoun, 83, of Jacksonville, passed away on Sunday afternoon, June 29, 2025. A graveside service will be held Thursday morning, July 3, 2025, at Resthaven Cemetery, to begin at 10:00am. Bro. Dale Jamerson will officiate the service.

Charolette was born in Palestine, Texas, on November 29, 1941, to parents Willard and Mavis Poole. Charolette worked in the Home Healthcare industry - supervising the care of her patients. Charolette loved her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend to many. Charolette will be dearly missed by all.

Charolette is preceded by her Father, Willard Poole, Mother, Mavis Dorothy Poole, Daughter, Connie Posey, and Grandson, Charles Jeremy Posey

Charolette is survived by her Husband, Charles Vernon Calhoun, Daughter, Christina Olivette Snider, Brother, Benjamin Poole, Sister, Margaret Poole, Grandson, Bryan Wade Ganske, Grandson, Jonathan Dewayne Snider, Grandson, Craig Alexander Harris, Grandson, Zakariah Dylan Snider, Great-granddaughter, Carlee Camille Snider, and Oldest Friend, Sylvia Whisenant.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Bryan Ganske, Jonathan Snider, Craig Harris, and Zakariah Snider.
