Deborah June Palmer, 73, of Tyler, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025. A Funeral Ceremony will be held in her honor on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Bullard to begin at noon. A visitiation will begin at the funeral home at 11:00am prior to the service.

Deborah was born in Chicago, Illinois, on June 26, 1951, to parents Sam Spain and Gelater Hatch-Stewart. Deborah worked with the State of Illinois Department of Revenue. She was a devoted mother, daughter, grandmother, aunt, and friend to many.

Deborah is preceded by her mother Gelater Hatch-Stewart, Father Sam Spain and Stepfather John Stewart.

She leaves to cherish her memories her to children Kimberly June Brown, Kris Palmer, Eugene Michael Palmer II, ex husband Eugene Michael Palmer and 10 Grandchildren and 17 1/2 Great grandchildren. She has devoted Bingo Family Joliet, Illinois and devoted her long time Denise Weeks.
