Dovie Lou Culpepper, 83, of Whitehouse, passed away at her home on Wednesday morning. A Graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at Walnut Grove Cemetery, to begin at 10:30am. A visitation will begin in the cemetery prior to the service to begin at 10:00am.

Dovie was born in Whitehouse, Texas, on January 8, 1942, to parents Everett and Dovie Warren.  Dovie was a seamstress that worked in sewing factories that help to produce coats and jackets worn by American soldiers. Dovie loved her family - as was a proud wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She is preceded by her Husband, Jerry L. Culpepper, Jr., Father, Everett Clarence Warren, Mother, Dovie Moable Warren, Daughter, LaDonna Rose, Brother, Everett Warren, and Sister, Helen Bivens.

She is survived by her Daughter, Karen Anne Culpepper, Sister, Laura Jean Culpepper, Grandson, Marvin Kay Culpepper, Grandson, Howard Christopher Rose, Grandson, Jerry Jeffrey Rose, Great-grandson, Beau Culpepper, and Great-grandson, Aiden Rose.
