Ellen Kay (Schad) Harp, passed away at her home In Jacksonville, Texas, April 9 2021. Born Feb. 11 1964, in Bryan, Ohio, to Seldon Wayne Schad and Cleora Kay (Finch) Schad both deceased. She married Leonard “Wayne” Harp Jr. January 1, 2000  in Jacksonville, Texas and he survives. She is also survived by her brother Tim Schad of Ohio, Ronnie and Edie Harp brother and sister-in-law, Susan Farris sister-in-law New Braunfels ,Texas, Marie Harp mother-in-law New Braunfels Texas   Larry and Ginger Marsh bother and sister-in-law Arkansas Billy and Sue Marsh brother and sister-in-law Arkansas, Charleen Hossier her cousin that was like a sister to her Wauseon Ohio and her dear friends Eloise DeLine Bryan Ohio, Julie Heitz Toledo, Ohio and Lori Carlin Bryan, Ohio. She loved her animals and is also survived by her three dogs Deeks, Kensi and Lacey. Numerousnieces and nephews cousins.

 She worked at Plastech Corp Bryan Ohio 15 years then moved to in 1999 Texas to get married. She worked for Wal-Mart store in Jacksonville, Texas then transferred to the warehouse in Palestine, Texas from 2001-2004 her mother needed her in Ohio so she and her husband tranferred to a warehouse near Ohio to take care of her. After her mother passed away her aunt was diagnosed with alzhiemers so she took care of her until her father got into a car accident and was bedridden and she had to quit her job to take care of him until he passed. She moved back to Texas with her husband and his great aunt got dementia and she was right there helping to take care of her until she herself passed away. That’s just the kind of person she was always there to help out where she could she had a big heart and was loved by many.
