Eric Taylor Hennessy

Eric Taylor Hennessy (May 8, 1991 - March 8, 2024)

Eric Tayor Hennessy, 32, Jacksonville, went to be with his Lord on March 8, 2024. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Bullard, to begin at 1:00pm. A visitation will be held Wednesday evening at the Funeral Home from 6:00pm - 8:00pm. Pastor Robert Corbell will officiate the service.

Eric Taylor Hennessy, born on May 8, 1991, in Conroe, Texas, entered this world at home under the care of a midwife, welcomed by his parents Michael and Judy Hennessy.

With profound sadness, we announce his passing.

Eric's vibrant spirit and unparalleled charisma left an indelible mark on all who crossed his path. Eric never met a stranger. He'd literally talk to a fencepost if he thought it would talk back. He owned every room he walked into and was known for making wildly inappropriate jokes at the worst times. He was passionate about his kids, welding, hoodies and Hey Dude shoes.

Eric had a love for music. Whether it be jamming out on Tuesday nights with all of his friends and family, or just sitting at home strumming while his children danced around him.

Four-wheeling through the woods was Eric's sanctuary, where he felt most at home amidst nature's embrace. The thrill of adventure and the freedom of the open trails fueled his spirit, providing an escape from the rigors of everyday life.

Eric's faith in Jesus Christ was a cornerstone of his life, guiding him with strength and compassion through every challenge and triumph. His commitment to his beliefs served as an inspiration to those around him, reflecting the profound depth of his character.

Eric possessed a heart of gold, overflowing with love and kindness towards his family and friends. His unwavering loyalty and boundless affection enriched the lives of all who knew him.

Eric is survived by Calley Clark and their children Ethan Taylor, Zoey Olivia, and Isaac Tanner, as well as his grandfather Robert McNiece, parents Michael and Judy Hennessy, brothers Christopher, Daniel Hennessy and  children, sisters Kara Henson (Josh Henson) and their children, Katelyn Webb (Austin Webb) and their children, and brother Seth Hennessy (Shelbie Fountain) and their children.

He is preceded in death by his brother David Isaac Hennessy, grandparents Robert and Mary Hennessy, and grandmother Lynda McNiece.

Though Eric's physical presence may be gone, his spirit will forever linger in the hearts of those who loved him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, unwavering faith, and unforgettable memories. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." - Proverbs 3:5-7. May he rest in eternal peace.
