Gale Lynn Carey, 71, of Tyler, passed away on Tuesday afternoon, July 1, 2025. A Funeral Ceremony wil be held on Saturday afternoon, July 12, 2025, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Bullard, to begin at 2:00pm. A visitation will begin at 1:00pm prior to the service. Bro. Dean Dechiro will officiate the service.

Gale was born in Dallas, Texas, on May 22, 1954, to parents Marvin and Frances Gravette. Gale loved her family and spent her years as a homemaker - providing and caring for her family. Gale was a proud wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend to many. She will be missed by all.

Gale is preceded by her Husband, Robert John Carey, Father, Marvin Gravette, and Mother, Frances Gravette.

Gale is survived by her Daughter, Stefanie Gale Sockwell, Daughter, Holly Brooke Dark, Son, Jason Ashley Gravette, Brother, David Gravette, Sister, Vicki Gravette, Grandson, Dillan Bolton, Grandson, Avery Biscomb, Granddaughter, Hannah Meyer, Granddaughter, Ava Gravette, Grandson, Jaxon Booth, Granddaughter, Jocelyn Sockwell, Great-grandson, Aiden Bolton, and Great-grandson, Lennox Bolton.
