Garry Todd Bonsal, of Manchester, New Hampshire, passed away on January 27, 2025, in Mabank, Texas, at the age of 59. Born on May 21, 1965, Garry lived a life marked by dedication, humor, and kindness. He earned a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and pursued a diverse career that reflected his hardworking and adventurous spirit. Garry served as a volunteer firefighter and peace officer in Santa Clara County before finding his true passion as a truck driver—a role he loved deeply. On April 3, 1987, Garry married Tonya Lamb Bonsal 55 of mabank, with whom he shared nearly four decades of love and partnership. Together, they raised five children Ashley Bonsal 37 of mabank, Kayla Blaskie 35 of mabank, Matthew Bonsal 34 of mabank, Christopher Bonsal 32 of mabank, and Victoria Bledsoe 31 of mabank. He is survived by his beloved wife Tonya, four of their children, Ashley, Kayla, Christopher, and victoria, seven grandchildren Alexander, Jaxson, Hunter, Brodie, Cereza, Aiden, and Tristian who brought him immense joy, and three brothers Don, Robert. And Bruce, who shared in his journey through life. He is flying high now with his son Matthew, his mother Mary, his father Ray, and his grandmother Jesse Ruth who all passed before the Lord called him home. Garry was known for his intelligence, humor, and loyalty. A natural problem solver with a caring heart, he was always ready to lend a hand or offer support to those in need—often going above and beyond to help others. His hobbies included diving, spending cherished time with his family, and being an active member of the First Global Methodist Church (FGMC). Those who knew Garry would remember him as a man of immense wisdom and warmth who brought laughter and light into every room he entered. His unwavering dedication to his family and community left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. Garry Todd Bonsal will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives he touched. May he rest in peace.
