Gene Alan Swartz, 67, of Tyler, Texas went to his heavenly home on October19, 2026. He was born in New Castle, Pennsylvania and raised on a dairy farm in Greenville, Pennsylvania. He spent most of his life working as a driller in the oil fields in Oklahoma, Louisiana and Texas. He is survived by his wife Karen Hughes Swartz of Tyler, Texas and brothers Harold Swartz of Enid, Oklahoma, Chuck and wife Staci Swartz of Greenville, Pennsylvania and Mike Swartz of Hawkins, Texas.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
