In Loving Memory of George Sentell

George Sentell was born in Knoxville, Tennessee,  on July 30, 1947 where he grew up and graduated from Young High School in 1967. A few years later, George made his way to Florida, where he would build a life filled with family, hard work, and the simple things that brought him joy.

George began his career with Borden's, where he worked until the Orlando plant closed its doors. He then began a career with Disney, where he worked for many years before retiring in 2012.

In 2022, George moved to Fairfield, Texas, where he spent his later years surrounded by family and making new memories. George had a special love for feeding the ducks and an appreciation for muscle cars. These simple passions were a part of who he was and are among the many things his family will remember and cherish.

George passed  on Sep 28, 2026 peacefully, and we find comfort in imagining that he was welcomed at the gates of Heaven by his mother, grandmother, and grandfather, who were waiting to bring him home.

George leaves behind his loving family, including his daughters, Alisha and Todd of Ocoee, Florida, and Tosha and Ken of Fairfield, Texas.

He will also be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren: Chelssie, Dylan, Taylor, Tylor, and Marrissa of Ocoee, Florida, and Dawson of Fairfield, Texas.

George will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on through the stories shared, the lessons he taught, the laughter he brought, and the love he gave to his family.

Until we meet again, Dad, Grandpa, and loved one. You will forever be in our hearts
