James Michael Flanagan, 38, of Bullard, passed away on Saturday evening, December 20, 2025, at his home. A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Sunday afternoon, December 28, 2025, at Grace Fellowship Church in Flint, to begin at 2:00pm. Pastor Robert Burkett will officate the service. Interment will follow the service at Noonday Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Saturday afternoon, Decemeber 27, 2025, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Bullard from 4:00pm - 6:00pm. 

James was born in Athens, Texas, on October 12, 1987, to parents Dennis and Jo Nell Flanagan. James never married, but was truely loved by many. James was a farmer by trade.  James was loved by many and will be missed by all.

James is preceded by his Father, Dennis James Flanagan, Grandfather, James O.D. Flanagan, Grandmother, Wanell Flanagan, Grandmother, Maxine Hale, and Grandfather, Floyd Burleson.

James is survived by his Mother, Jo Nell Flanagan, Sister, Donna Welch, Sister, Brandy Corriveau, Sister, Jamie Pessink, numerous nieces and nephews, and best friend, Austin Davis.

Pallbearers will be: Connally Henshaw, Greg Corriveau, Colter Smith, Jr., James Smith, Christopher Smith, Cody Donahue, Josh Coats, Sam Corriveau, and Timmy Pessink.
