Jimmy Loftin, age 80, of Jacksonville, Texas passed away December 22, 2023.  He was born on July 19, 1943 in Jacksonville, TX to Milard and Geraldine Cleveland Loftin.

 Jimmy resided in Jacksonville all of his live.  He cut logs for 28 years and retired from Cherokee County, Pct. 3.  He also served in the U.S. Air Force 36th Air-Police K-9 unit.

 Jimmy was a Baptist.

 Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, son, John Paul Loftin, sisters, Sandy Halbert and Laura Blanchard.

 Jimmy is survived by his wife, Ann Loftin of 57 years, son Jamie and Nikki Loftin, special niece, Tonya Sanford, 3 grandchildren, Chance and Macy Fuqua, Toby and Beth Ann

Price, Hannah Loftin and Ashleigh Scott, one great granddaughter,  Olive Price, a brother, Johnny Loftin and many nieces and nephews.

 A memorial will be held on February 3 at 1:00 at the Covenant Church of East Texas in Rusk, Texas.
