Joyce Stanley, 85, of Tyler, passed away during the early morning hours of October 30, 2024 at her daughters home in Bullard. A Funeral Ceremony will be held on November 9, 2024, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, to begin at 11:00am. A visitation will begin at the church at 10:00am prior to the service. Pastor Charles Hill will officiate the service. Interment will be at Whitehouse Cemetery following the service.

Joyce was born in Quitman, Feburary 26, 1939, to parents Henry and Novice Powell. Joyce spent many of her working years as an office administrator for various companies. Joyce was a very devoted wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend to many... 

Mrs. Stanely is preceded by her Father, Henry Curtis Powell, Mother, Novice E Powell, Husband, Thomas "Bud" Stanley, Brother, Wayne Powell, Brother, Gary Powell, Brother, Ronnie Powell, Sister, Rita Davis, and Daughter, Cynthia Stanley.

She is survived by her Daughter, Debra Kay Zaber, Granddaughter, Lauren Zaber, and Granddaughter, Catherine Zaber.
