Kenneth Wayne Stanley, 91 years of age, passed on Saturday, March 1, 2025, in Tyler, Texas.

Kenneth was born July 5, 1934, in Tyler, Texas, to the late John and Blanche Stanley of Whitehouse, Texas. He was the 8th of 9 children. Siblings Novell McGregor, Lloyd Stanley, Kathleen Shackleford, Elmer Stanley, Minnie Lou Stainbach, Troy Stanley, and Glen Stanley preceded him in death.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate the life of Kenneth Wayne Stanley on Saturday, March 29, at 10:00 a.m. at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Whitehouse.

Kenneth graduated from Whitehouse ISD. Kenneth married Betty Burkett in 1955, and three children were born from this union; one daughter, Cindy, preceded him in death. Kenneth and Betty found their church home at Mount Carmel Baptist Church in Whitehouse, where he loved working in the church and cherished praising the Lord and serving on several committees, always enjoying helping others. Kenneth loved his cows and loved to garden, working his garden up until he was not able to, spending time with family, and always having a smile for everyone. He was a loving and caring person, a devoted husband, father, and friend, always thinking of others first. "To know him was to love him."

Kenneth is survived by his sons, Tony Stanley, and daughter-in-law Leah; Greg Stanley and wife Sandra; sister Girthal Miller; grandchildren: Drew Stanley, Deanna (Stanley) Solomon, Sarah (Stanley) and husband Seth Edwards, and Cooper Stanley; four great-grandchildren, and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
