Larry Irwin Foy, 74, of Mount Vernon, Arkansas, passed away on October 26, 2026. Born on June 26, 1952 in Conroe, Texas, he was the son of the late Wilma Rose Linder Foy and Larry Alavender Foy.

Larry was a loving son, brother, husband, father and grandfather. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers Clyde Bruce Foy and James McCullan Foy, and his sister Margie Stevenson.

He is survived by his son Virgil Wayne Foy and his wife Rachel, his sisters Donna Sue Rogers, and Katy Rosemarie Smith, his grandchildren Shiann Kathleen Foy, Dallas Wayne Foy, and Austin Dakota Foy, and his great-grandchildren Abraham Barch Vogel, VI, and Khaleel Zion Middleton Vogel. Mr. Foy is also survived by his other family and many friends.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday morning, November 5, 2026, at Gossett Cemetery, Jacksonville, Texas, to begin at 10:00am.
