Marvin Larry Stevenson, 79, of Tyler, passed away on Sunday morning, March 29, 2026. A Graveside service will be held on May 13, 2026, at Loftin Cemetery, to begin at 11:00am. Pastor Jason White will officiate.

Marvin was born in Newnan, Georgia, on September 16, 1946, to parents Claude and Mollie Stevenson. Marvin was a hardworker, he was a salesperson in the automotive industry. Marvin is also a proud member of the East Texas Cruzers. Marvin was a loving husband, father, son, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, and friend to many. Marvin loved his family - and he will be missed by all.

Marvin is preceded by his Father, Claude Martin Stevenson and his Mother, Mollie Elizabeth.

Marvin is survived by his Wife, Tanna Stevenson, Daughter, Michelle Singleton, Daughter, Sharon Garland, Grandson, William Byrom, Grandson, Triston Renteria, 4 great-grandchildren, Aunt, Emily Bee, and Best Friend, Kenny Conner.
