Morgan Nettles Wright, 44, of Maydelle, passed away at her home on Saturday afternoon, May 23, 2026. A Graveside Ceremony will be conducted on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Mount Comfort Cemetery in Maydelle, Texas, to begin at 11:00am. Pastor Rusty Sherman will officiate the service under the direction of Boren-Conner Funeral Home.

Morgan was born in Rusk, on June 9, 1981, to parents Gene and Carla Nettles. Morgan loved her family and was proud to be a homemaker. Morgan was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend to many - she will be missed by all.

Morgan is preceded by her Father, Gene Robert Nettles, Son, Caden Nettles, and Sister, Crystal.

Morgan is survived by her Mother, Carla Moore, Daughter, Autumn Cheyenne Stewart, Daughter, Macey Montgomery, Step-in Father, Larry Moore, Sister, Miranda Yates, Sister, Andrea "Aunnie", Sister, Kristen Weems, and Sister, Shannon Carroll.
