Pamela Diane Jowell, 76, went home to be with Our Lord on October 6, 2026 at her home with her husband and daughter at her side. She was born November 22, 1949 to Oliver James (OJ) and Opal Garber. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother,  and great grandmother.  She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Eddie Jowell; her daughter,  Kristin Jowell; granddaughters, Meagan (Justin) Miller and Morgan (Eric) Montgomery; great grandchildren Julie, Jaycob, Jaysen, Madison, and Elijah. She will be greatly missed by all. She was preceded in death by her parents Oliver (OJ) and Opal Garber, and her son, Brett Jowell.  The family would like to express their gratitude to Eva Cooper for the endless love and care she devoted to our family and we love you. The family would also like to extend our gratitude to Solaris Hospice, especially Chasity, Totie, and Kaitlyn. We can never express how much we appreciate the love and care for us all.
