Paul Joseph Harper

Paul Joseph Harper, 52, of Overton, formerly of Vidallia, Louisiana, passed away on May 23, 2024. Paul was born January 13, 1972, in Alexandria, Louisiana, to Joe and June Harper.

Paul was a 1990 graduate of Pine Tree High School. After graduation Paul enlisted into the U.S. Marine Corps for 4 years. He then worked in the oil field for most of his life. Paul’s biggest joy was watching his son on the football and baseball fields.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and June Harper. Survivors include his son, Braxton Joel Harper of Overton and Braxton’s mother Stacie Pepper of Overton. Special family, Charlie and Patsy Pepper, Lisa Pepper and Jaxon Clark all of Overton. Brothers, Chris Harper of Vidallia, Louisiana, and Mark Craft of Zachary, Louisiana.

A Celebration of Life for Paul Harper will be held at 3:00pm Saturday, June 15, 2024, at the home of Charlie Patsy Pepper of Overton.
