PHILIP TRENT MCDONOUGH, Born in Clear Lake, Texas, April 14, 1973, died from COPD

complications March 16, 2026, in Longview, Texas.

His body will be cremated, and he will be in interned at Saint Matthias Catholic Church, in Saint Matthias, Minnesota with a small family memorial.

He is survived by his son, LeRoy Rhodes, father, Michael McDonough, and step mother, Sandy,

Mother, Lyn Chatham, and stepfather, Michael Chatham, older brother, Paul McDonough, Stepbrothers, Aaron and Brendon Chatham, Aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Preceding him in death was his sister, Teann McDonough Nagelhout (David), Grandparents, Francis and Betty McDonough and LeRoy and Boo DeRosier.

Philip will be truly missed.
