Ricky Lynn Barnes

Ricky Lynn Barnes, 65, known to most as "Racky" passed away on July 18 2023 in Tyler TX.  He was born November 20 1957 in Tyler TX to the late Walter and Betty Barnes.

Ricky is survived by his wife Tere. His daughter Jo Lynn Barnes and husband Wayne. His son Rocky Leon and wife Alisha. Stepkids, Wes Hitchcock and wife Amanda, Cody Davis and wife Crissy, Ayla Hitchcock and husband River,  Kaylie Hitchcock. And 11 grandkids.

He graduated in 1976 from Chapel Hill HS.  For many years he worked in sales at Roquemore Hardware in Whitehouse. His passion was motorcycles and he was always in his shop working on one of his bikes. Riding was what he loved to do and he was rarely ever seen in a car. He was committed to that way of life and was happy doing what he loved. He was a friend to so many, always helping someone out and he will truly be missed.
