Sabra Dawn Halford

Sabra Dawn Halford, 79, of Flint, passed away at her home on Wednesday afternoon, July 8, 2026. A Funeral Ceremony will be held on Monday afternoon, July 20, 2026, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Bullard, to begin at 2:00pm. Bro. Steve Glosup will officiate the service.

Sabra was born in Mount Vernon, Ohio, on April 11, 1947, to parents Lawrence and Ethel Kaser. Sabra had multiple successful marriages during her lifetime, building strong families while defying the pain of being widowed.

Our mom wasn't just the heart of our home—she was its strength, comfort, and joy. She showed us unconditional love through quiet sacrifices, endless encouragement, and always putting others before herself. Whether celebrating our successes, helping us through difficult times, or simply sitting beside us, she made everything feel a little lighter. Her kindness was part of who she was, and everyone who knew her felt seen and loved.

She found joy in life's simple moments—a cup of coffee, playing Farkle or Skip-Bo, shopping, dressing up just because, proudly talking about her children, eating at Golden Corral, and watching Christmas movies in July. Those moments became special because she was there.

She taught us to work hard, forgive quickly, laugh often, and love without limits. Though our hearts are broken, we are forever grateful she was our mom. Thank you for every sacrifice, every prayer, every encouraging word, and every moment you gave us. She never fully realized how deeply she touched the lives of others, but she will be profoundly missed and lovingly remembered.

Sabra was preceded by her Husband, Bennie Halford, Husband, Howard Danner Sr.,  Father, Lawrence Kaser, Mother, Ethel Irene Kaser, Brother, Charles Kaser, Brother, David Kaser, and Sister-In-Law, Joyce Kaser.

Sabra is survived by her Daughter, Angela Jones (Patrick), Son, Howard Danner, Jr., Son, Kenneth Brobst (John Edmiston), Step-Daughter, Rosalie Woodard, Grandson, Dakota Coble, Granddaughter, Hayley Coble, Grandson, Dillon Danner, Grandson, Brandon Danner, and Grandson, Alex Danner.
