Shana Renee' Laska, 54, of Whitehouse, passed through Heavens Gate during the early morning  of September 26, 2024. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Bullard, to begin at 10:00am. Minister Robbie Batchelor will officiate the service.

Shana Renee Laska was born May 24, 1970 in Tyler, Texas. She enjoyed frequent trips to Hobby Lobby. She was an amazing decorator creating Holiday Magic each season with her beautiful Christmas trees and holiday wreaths. She loved going to the beach and listening to the waves. She liked camping with her husband and son who were her constant companions often reading a book while watching them fish.
Shana entered eternal rest September 26, 2024. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Johnny and Glenda Shelton, and her brother, Jeffery Shelton. She leaves behind her devoted husband of 34 years Stanley "Butch" Laska, loving son Thomas Laska, baby sister Dana Dorsey and brother-in-law Scooter Dorsey, 10 nieces and nephews, and 15 great nieces and nephews.

The world has lost some of its brightness as Heaven has gained Shana as an angel. She will be missed by all that knew her.
