Thomas Melburn Warren, 75, of Jacksonville, passed away on Thursday afternoon, August 13, 2026. A Graveside service will be conducted on Friday morning, August 21, 2026, at Mixon Cemetery, to begin at 10:00am. A visitation will be held Thursday evening, August 20, 2026, at Boren-Conner Funeral Home in Bullard, from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Pastor T.J. Harkness will officate the service.

Thomas was born March 12, 1951. Thomas worked as a Registered Nurse by trade - dedicating his life to the pursuit of service to others. Thomas married Debbie, the love of his life - and together they created a beautiful life and family. Thomas loved his family dearly - and he will be missed by all.

Thomas is preceded by his Wife, Debby Jo Warren, Father, Joseph Warren, and Step-son, Brandon Morton.

Thomas is survived by his Daughter, Julie James, Step-son, Terry Morton, Grandson, Nicholas James, and Granddaughter, Melina James.
