Wilma Faye Berry Coffman 91, beloved mother of Phyllis Elaine Coffman Neal and Billy Carl Coffman passed away peacefully to her heavenly home on Friday, March 28, 2025, leaving a void in the hearts of her loved ones that cannot be filled except for memories of the 91 years she lived so well on this earth.

She was born on September 8, 1933, in James, TX to parents Eulon Lee Berry and Arry Belle Knight Berry.  She graduated from White Oak High School and attended Kilgore Junior College.

Faye was married to the love of her life, Billy Dee Coffman for 60 years until his passing in June 2013. She worked as a telephone operator, banking and savings and loans until 1984 and then in the oil production industry until retiring in 1997.  She was an artist as a Quilter and Spinner, Crocheter and Knitter and was active in the Wool and Wheel Hand Spinner’s Guild at Ozark Folkways in Winslow, AR, the Senior Center Quilter’s Sewing Group in Elkins, AR, and the Alba Sewing Group at the Alba Methodist Church in Alba, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents Eulon Lee Berry and Arry Belle Knight Berry, her sister Dorothy Berry Mills, and brothers Donald Berry and Thomas Berry.

She is survived by daughter, Phyllis Elaine Coffman Neal and husband Steve Neal of Winnsboro, TX and son Billy Coffman and wife Kathleen Fennerty Coffman of Lake Cypress Springs, TX. Grandchildren: Reese Neal and wife Brianna Burns Neal of Queen Creek, AZ; Chris Coffman and wife Crystal Wheeler Coffman of Trenton, TX; Danielle Coffman Leddy and husband Matt Leddy of Prosper, TX; Jesyka Neal Farley and husband David Farley of Springdale, AR; Great Grandchildren: Chase Cooper, CJ Harrell, Taylor Coffman, Brynn Neal, Temple Farley, Austin Neal, Everley Leddy, and Hudson Farley. Siblings: Sister Linda Miller; Brothers Gerald Berry and Royce Berry.

Memorial graveside service at Hazel Valley Community Cemetery, AR, April 18, 2025,  Good Friday at 4 PM.
