Yaghoub “Jackie” Mamaghani Ardi, 69, of Chandler, TX, passed away surrounded by family members on Monday morning, December 7, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at South Spring Baptist Church in Tyler, TX to begin at 1:00pm.

Jackie was born on March 8, 1956 to Abolfazl and Sara Ardi. Yaghoub was born in Iran, where most of His family lives to this day. He married Kathryn Tune Ardi and were married for 35 years and raised two amazing young men, Joshua and Joseph. Jackie worked as an area supervisor for Pizza Hut of East Texas, running 7 locations for 35 years. Jackie loved music, specifically rock n’ roll, and was an avid concert goer. Jackie also enjoyed spending time in nature, on the lake riding jetskis with his sons, and maintaining his garden of flowers, fruits, and vegetables. Jackie always helped his family and friends, and was a heartbeat for his communities, here in East Texas, and overseas in the Middle East. Jackie the firstborn in his family to immigrate to the United States, opening doors for his family and a living example of the American dream.

Yaghoub was preceded by his late parents, Father, Abolfazl Ardi Mamaghani, Mother, Sara Akbar Javanii, and Sister, Robab Ardi Mamaghani.

Yaghoub was survived by his Ex-Wife, Kathryn Tune Ardi, Son, Joshua Jacob Ardi, Son, Joseph Abel Ardi, Sister, Hakimeh Ardi Mamaghani, Sister, Roghayeh Ardi Mamaghani, Sister, Tooran Ardi Mamaghani, Sister, Safiyeh Ardi Mamaghani, Grandson, Abel Malcom Ardi, and numerous nieces and nephews.
